🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Remote E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will report directly to the Head of E-commerce and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you contribute to the development of strategic plans, processes, and initiatives that drive e-commerce revenue and customer loyalty.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue through data-driven insights and market analysis. Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new e-commerce features, processes, and initiatives. Provide expert advice to stakeholders on e-commerce best practices, trends, and industry benchmarks. Analyze and report on e-commerce metrics, including sales, customer acquisition, and retention rates. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including order management, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Master's degree in a related field. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento. Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or Docker. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and salesforce automation tools.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and 30 days of paid vacation.
