šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Postal Logistics Coordinator in Mexico, you will play a critical role in streamlining our international mail and package delivery operations. Reporting to the Latin America Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and movement of packages between the United States and Mexico. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive business growth. š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in international mail and package delivery. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to resolve issues and improve service levels. . Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop recommendations for process improvements. . Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. . Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. . Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure that all operations are in compliance with USPS policies and procedures. . Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor and report on results. . Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including metrics and key performance indicators. . Provide training and support to new team members, and conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of international trade and customs regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SAP or Salesforce. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of Spanish language and culture. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
