🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Sam's Club's digital strategy and transformation efforts in Mexico. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance the member experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for digital transformation, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Sam's Club in Mexico, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and goals.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for digital improvement and developing recommendations for process automation, digitization, and optimization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop digital solutions, including but not limited to, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data analytics tools.

• Work with external vendors and partners to select and implement best-in-class digital solutions that meet Sam's Club's business needs.

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation efforts and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, innovation, and business growth.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, data analytics tools, and cloud computing.

• Experience working with external vendors and partners, with a focus on vendor management and contract negotiation.

• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile, preferred.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a retail or consumer-facing industry.

• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation, such as AI, blockchain, or IoT.

• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Certification in data science or business analysis, preferred.
