🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Senior Cloud Architect for Global Network Operations, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our cloud infrastructure to support our global network. Reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with our existing network architecture. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure to support our global network.

Collaborate with network engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing network architecture.

Design and implement network security features to protect against cyber threats.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of cloud applications.

Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and make recommendations for future-proofing our infrastructure.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for large-scale networks.

Strong knowledge of cloud security features and best practices.

Experience with cloud migration and deployment strategies.

Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience with DevOps tools and practices.

Strong understanding of network protocols and architecture.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Certification in cloud security and compliance.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation days.
