🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cloud Migration Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients to migrate their applications and data to the cloud. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to design and implement cloud migration solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of cloud migration engineers and will be responsible for ensuring that all migrations are completed on time and within budget. You will report to the Director of Cloud Solutions and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and architects to design and implement innovative cloud-based solutions.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead a team of cloud migration engineers to design and implement cloud migration solutions for Adobe clients.

- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and to design solutions that meet those needs.

- Develop and implement cloud migration strategies and roadmaps for Adobe clients.

- Collaborate with cloud architects to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that engineers have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new cloud-based products and services.

- Conduct regular status updates and reporting to the Director of Cloud Solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and to apply that knowledge to the design and implementation of cloud migration solutions.

- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to cloud migration.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud migration or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with cloud migration tools and technologies, including AWS and Azure.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with cloud-based storage and database solutions, including S3 and Cosmos DB.

- Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow.

- Experience with cloud security and compliance.

- Experience with cloud cost optimization and management.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

- Experience with cloud-based DevOps and CI/CD tools.

- Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools.

- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management tools.

- Experience with cloud-based IT service management tools.
