🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cloud Security Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud-based infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with our internal teams, including cloud engineering, security, and compliance, to identify and mitigate security risks and ensure that we meet all relevant regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security policies and procedures, conducting security audits and risk assessments, and providing expert advice and guidance to our technical teams. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement cloud security policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud-based infrastructure and applications.

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to our technical teams on cloud security best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with our cloud engineering and security teams to ensure that cloud-based applications and infrastructure meet all relevant security and compliance requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulators, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies, and implement new security controls and procedures as needed.

- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate our employees on cloud security best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts to ensure business continuity in the event of a security incident.

- Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that all cloud-based applications and infrastructure meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in cloud security and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- CISSP, CISM, or CSCP certification.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with cloud security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Experience with cloud security tools, including AWS CloudFormation, Azure Policy, and Google Cloud Security Command Center.

- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools.

- Experience with cloud security training and awareness programs.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
