🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Cigna's operations in Europe comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with our compliance team to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees. Your expertise will help us navigate complex regulatory environments and minimize compliance risks.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines for Cigna's European operations

* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs and ensure effective communication of compliance requirements

* Provide compliance training to employees, including new hires and existing staff

* Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards

* Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and provide recommendations for updates to compliance policies and procedures

* Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders

* Participate in compliance committees and working groups to share best practices and stay informed about industry developments

* Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with Cigna's requirements

* Develop and maintain compliance metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

* Participate in project teams to implement compliance-related initiatives and ensure effective execution

* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

* Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters

* Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with new business initiatives and partnerships

* Ensure compliance with Cigna's global compliance framework and policies

* Develop and maintain compliance awareness and education programs for employees

* Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement remediation plans for identified compliance issues

* Participate in the development and implementation of compliance-related technologies and tools

* Stay current with industry developments and best practices in compliance

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, finance)

* At least 5 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on health insurance or a related industry

* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs

* Strong knowledge of European laws, regulations, and industry standards

* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

* Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint

* Experience with compliance software and tools (e.g., compliance management systems)

* Language proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
