π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Content Operations Manager on our Global Community team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the content strategy that brings our community to life. You'll work closely with our community team to develop and implement content plans that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty across our platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content campaigns, managing a team of content operations specialists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of community professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our members.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute content strategies to drive community engagement, growth, and loyalty across Airbnb's platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including community, marketing, product, and design, to ensure seamless execution of content campaigns.
Manage a team of content operations specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including content creators, influencers, and agencies, to source high-quality content for our platforms.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of content campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and community engagement.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in content marketing, community engagement, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to write engaging, clear, and concise content across multiple formats.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proven experience in managing teams and developing talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a community or content operations role.
Experience with content management systems, including WordPress and Medium.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
Proven experience in developing and executing content campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬55,000 - β¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
