🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant for Cloud Migration, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement effective security solutions, and provide guidance and support to our technical staff. Reporting directly to our Head of Information Security, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the security posture of our organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability scans of our cloud-based systems and infrastructure to identify potential security threats and gaps in security controls.

- Develop and implement robust security solutions to mitigate identified risks and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our cloud-based data and systems.

- Collaborate with our DevOps and Engineering teams to design and implement secure cloud-based architectures and solutions.

- Provide expert guidance and support to our technical staff on cloud security best practices, tools, and technologies.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and technologies, and advise our teams on the latest security trends and best practices.

- Conduct regular security compliance assessments and audits to ensure our cloud-based systems and infrastructure meet relevant regulatory requirements.

- Develop and deliver security awareness training and education programs for our technical staff and other stakeholders.

- Conduct incident response and forensics investigations as needed to identify and contain security breaches or other security incidents.

- Participate in regular security meetings and provide input on security-related matters to our executive team and other stakeholders.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and cloud security, with a strong focus on cloud migrations and cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective security solutions to mitigate cloud-based security risks and threats.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, technologies, and tools, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and standards, such as NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security risks and threats.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- CISSP, CISM, or CISM certification.

- Experience with cloud-based security automation and orchestration tools, such as Cloud Security Automation Platform (CSAP) and Cloud Security Gateway (CSG).

- Strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies, with experience in cloud-based DevOps and Agile practices.

- Experience with cloud-based security testing and penetration testing tools, such as AWS Inspector and Azure Security Center.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
