🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist — EMEA Cloud Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies, conducting security assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cloud compliance initiatives. You will report directly to the Head of Cloud Security and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's cloud security posture.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for EMEA markets.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of our cloud infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and cloud security integration.

• Develop and implement cloud security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Work with the incident response team to investigate and respond to cloud security incidents.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and technologies, and provide guidance to the team on best practices and implementation.

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cloud security best practices.

• Collaborate with other security teams to ensure consistency in cloud security practices across the organization.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security with a focus on compliance and risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

• Experience with cloud security tools and technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cloud security integration.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate cloud security risks.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification.

• Experience with cloud security automation tools, such as Cloud Security Gateways and Cloud Access Security Brokers.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and secure development practices.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We are offering a highly competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience.
