šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Experience Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience of our customers across Latin American markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and growth. This is a remote opportunity, and you will report directly to the Director of Digital Experience. Your work will have a significant impact on the company's bottom line and will contribute to our goal of becoming the most customer-centric and trusted insurance company in the Americas.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and growth across Latin American markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Conduct customer research and analysis to inform digital strategy and product development.
Design and develop customer personas and journey maps to guide digital experience enhancements.
Work with the data analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of digital initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative digital solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive customer engagement and growth.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English.
Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
