🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Senior Digital Health Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our digital health strategy for the Brazilian market. Reporting directly to our Regional Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design and launch innovative health products, and analyze market trends to inform our product roadmap. Your expertise will drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance our market position in Brazil.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the digital health product strategy for the Brazilian market, aligning with our regional business objectives and market trends.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to design, launch, and maintain digital health products.

• Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product roadmap decisions and drive business growth.

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, and develop business cases to support investments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure our digital health products meet the highest standards.

• Develop and manage budgets for digital health product development and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, compliance, and data security.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital health product management, with a focus on the Brazilian market.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital health product strategies.

• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements in the Brazilian healthcare industry.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Experience with data analysis and market research tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop business cases.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

At Walgreens, we offer a competitive salary range of R$ 50,000 to R$ 80,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and 30 days of paid vacation per year.
