🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us navigate the complex German market by identifying, assessing, and mitigating digital risks that could impact our business operations and customer experiences. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in helping us stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital risk management best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in the German market.

* Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.

* Collaborate with our IT and security teams to implement effective controls and monitor the effectiveness of risk management measures.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry associations, and internal teams.

* Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and technologies, making recommendations for future-proofing our digital ecosystem.

* Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on digital risk management best practices.

* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of risk management efforts.

* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that our digital risk management practices align with regulatory requirements.

* Develop and maintain a digital risk management policy and procedure manual.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in digital risk management, with a focus on the German market.

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or risk management.

* Strong knowledge of digital risk management best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in the German market.

* Experience with risk assessment and vulnerability scanning tools and technologies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or risk management.

* Certification in digital risk management, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

* Experience with cloud-based risk management platforms and tools.

* Strong knowledge of the German data protection regulations, including the BDSG and the DSGVO.
