🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Digital Solutions Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's digital strategy and ensuring seamless execution across various touchpoints. This individual will report directly to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for driving digital innovation and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on enhancing customer experiences, driving business growth, and staying ahead of the competition in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy in line with the company's overall business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain digital solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.

Provide expertise in digital technologies, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments and identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and vendors.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering business results.

Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultural and linguistic boundaries.

Master's degree in a related field, such as Digital Marketing or Business Analytics.

Experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

The Senior Digital Solutions Manager will be offered a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
