šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Transformation Leader ā Banking Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our banking operations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and drive business growth. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to design, implement, and deliver digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies and roadmaps for banking operations, aligned with the company's overall digital transformation vision and goals.
* Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to design, build, and deploy digital solutions that improve customer experience, efficiency, and business growth.
* Drive the adoption of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, across banking operations.
* Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and project timelines for digital transformation initiatives.
* Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the use of agile methodologies and design thinking in digital transformation projects.
* Develop and execute training programs for banking operations teams on digital technologies and processes.
* Analyze and report on digital transformation metrics, providing insights to improve future project delivery.
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers to support digital transformation initiatives.
* Develop and manage relationships with business stakeholders, providing regular updates on digital transformation progress and plans.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, banking operations, or a related field.
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a strong track record of success.
* Excellent technical skills, with expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
* Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of banking operations and the ability to develop and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
* Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking in digital transformation projects.
* Certification in digital transformation, IT service management, or a related field.
* Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
* Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
* Experience with project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
