🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale digital transformation projects that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. This role will have a significant impact on Ross Stores' digital strategy and transformation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale digital transformation projects.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to design and implement digital solutions that meet business requirements.

- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful project execution.

- Conduct project status updates and reports to senior management.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain a project governance framework to ensure effective project management.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and IT projects.

- Strong technical skills in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Mexico.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and IT projects.

- Experience with digital transformation and IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.

- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems, including Salesforce or Zoho.

- Experience with mobile device management and security.

- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.

At Ross Stores, we offer a competitive salary range of MXN 50,000 to MXN 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
