🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager at Ulta Beauty e-Commerce, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transform our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business cases, project charters, and project plans, as well as ensuring effective project execution, monitoring, and control. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about innovation and excellence.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute comprehensive business cases and project plans to drive e-commerce growth and improvement

* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects, including product development, marketing, and operations

* Conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization

* Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management and delivery

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital transformation initiatives

* Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and e-commerce

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

* PMP or Agile certification, with expertise in project management methodologies

* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

* Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud

* Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices

* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
