🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the strategic development and implementation of our e-commerce operations across Germany. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you'll drive business growth through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and team leadership. Your impact will be felt across our organization, influencing customer experiences, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
• Lead the e-commerce operations team in Germany, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team goals are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and aligned business objectives.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Optimize e-commerce processes, including order management, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
• Develop and execute business cases for new e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and return on investment.
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting on e-commerce performance, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, management, or a related field.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding high-performing teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
