🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our Mexico-based e-commerce team to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers. You'll report directly to our E-Commerce Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's online presence and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement, including optimizing website user experience, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

* Lead a team of e-commerce operations specialists to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, customer service, and shipping operations.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to align on business objectives, share best practices, and drive process improvements.

* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform business decisions.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party service providers.

* Manage and optimize e-commerce systems, including order management, inventory management, and shipping and fulfillment.

* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

* 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, management, or related field, with a focus on leadership and team management.

* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including website user experience, digital marketing, and order management systems.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results through others.

* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

* Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

* Certification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.

* Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
