🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Website Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy to drive sales and growth. You will report directly to the Director of E-commerce and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our online and offline channels. Your primary goal will be to increase customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall shopping experience on our website.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and revenue growth

Lead a team of e-commerce specialists to manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates

Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure aligned product offerings, promotions, and shipping strategies

Analyze website analytics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

Design and implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Manage and optimize website content, including product descriptions, images, and videos

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results

Expertise in e-commerce platforms, such as Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify

Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insight-driven decisions

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience with e-commerce marketing automation tools, such as Klaviyo or Sailthru

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks

Certification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
