π― ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial models and plans for our clients. You will work closely with our client-facing teams to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and expertise. As a Senior Financial Modeling and Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses and help them achieve their strategic objectives.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain complex financial models and plans for our clients, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
* Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and expertise.
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to clients on their business performance and strategic options.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver value to our clients.
* Collaborate with other teams across Deloitte to leverage our expertise and resources, driving innovation and excellence in our services.
* Ensure that all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
* Contribute to the development of new services and solutions, identifying opportunities to leverage our expertise and drive growth.
* Provide input and guidance on internal projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and values.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
* At least 8 years of experience in financial modeling and planning, with a focus on complex models and large-scale planning.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and planning, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and techniques.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial analysis software such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools.
* Certification in financial planning and analysis or professional accounting designation (e.g. CFA, CMA).
* Experience working in a professional services firm or consulting environment.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in financial modeling.
* Certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
* Experience working with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools.
