🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior IT Project Coordinator in our E-commerce Transformation team, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale IT projects that drive business growth and innovation. Reporting directly to our IT Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, and will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating project risks, and in developing and implementing effective project management strategies.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategic plans.

. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring timely and effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.

. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans to ensure project delivery.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements, and to ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

. Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders, and make recommendations for project improvements.

. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

. Provide training and coaching to project team members on project management best practices and tools.

. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT project coordination and delivery.

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

. Proficiency in project management tools, including Asana, Trello, and MS Project.

. German language proficiency (C1 level or higher).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

. Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital transformation projects.

. Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.

. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau.

. Proficiency in German and English languages.
