🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Product Development Manager at Johnson & Johnson, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of new healthcare products and services, working closely with our global teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will be part of our Global Healthcare Solutions team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Development. Your goal will be to accelerate product development timelines, improve product quality, and drive revenue growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute product development strategies, aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure product development milestones meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timeliness, quality, and budget.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

• Develop and maintain product development budgets, with a focus on cost savings and ROI.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

• Proven track record of successful product development, with a focus on innovation and quality.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and priorities.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
