🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks to our supply chain operations. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Risk Management and will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies that ensure the continuity and integrity of our supply chain. Your impact will be significant, as you will be contributing to the protection of our business reputation and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate supply chain risks;

Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures;

Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices;

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;

Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures;

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in supply chain risk management or a related field;

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management;

Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Fluent in English and German.

Master's degree in a related field;

Certifications such as CRMP or CRISC;

Experience working in a similar role with a large logistics company;

Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools;

Additional language skills.
