π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Sustainability Analyst for our European Market Expansion team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's sustainability strategy in Germany and the surrounding markets. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable business practices that drive growth, reduce environmental impact, and enhance our corporate reputation. Your expertise will help us navigate the complex sustainability landscape in Europe, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that align with our company's goals.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sustainable business strategies that drive growth, reduce environmental impact, and enhance our corporate reputation.
Conduct sustainability risk assessments and provide recommendations to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices, reduce waste, and improve energy efficiency.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with suppliers, NGOs, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize sustainability projects that drive business value and meet our company's goals.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
The ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles, policies, and standards, including ISO 26000 and GRI.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in Sustainability Management or a related field.
Experience working in the beverage industry or a related sector.
Knowledge of European Union sustainability policies and regulations.
Strong data analytics skills, including statistical modeling and data visualization.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬60,000 - β¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
