šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Manager for the e-Commerce and Retail Division at AutoZone Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the ever-evolving needs of our business. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our e-Commerce and Retail teams, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support business growth, focusing on e-Commerce and Retail initiatives.
. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and high-quality candidate pipeline.
. Design and implement engaging employer branding campaigns to attract top talent, leveraging various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
. Utilize data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes for better outcomes.
. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including recruitment agencies, diversity-focused organizations, and educational institutions.
. Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
. Provide regular reporting and updates to the Director of Human Resources, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
. Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing platform, documenting best practices and lessons learned to benefit the broader HR community.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop training programs for existing employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, talent management, and leadership development.
. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and talent management.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, resulting in improved time-to-hire, reduced cost-per-hire, and increased diversity.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, and external partners.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in recruitment software and tools, such as Workday, Lever, or similar platforms.
. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
. Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional or the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
. Experience in e-Commerce, retail, or a related industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
. Strong network of contacts in the recruitment and talent acquisition space, with established relationships and partnerships.
. Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.

At AutoZone Mexico, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from 500,000 to 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and 20 days of paid vacation per year. Our learning and development budget is 10,000 MXN per year, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill-building. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with occasional visits to our Mexico City office.
