🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Technical Product Manager for Medical Device Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the development of new medical devices from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and comply with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence, identifying trends, and developing product roadmaps to drive business growth. You will report to the Director of Product Management and will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute product launch plans to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and CE marking.

Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including management, customers, and employees.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device product management, development, or engineering.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.

Familiarity with medical device regulations, including FDA and CE marking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Management, or related field.

Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.

Experience with medical device software development, particularly in the areas of user interface design and user experience.

Strong understanding of the European medical device market, including regulatory requirements and customer needs.
