๐ฏ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Technical Talent Manager - Renewable Energy Solutions will be responsible for leading the recruitment and talent development efforts for our renewable energy team, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent in the industry. This role will play a critical part in building a diverse and inclusive team that can drive our companyโs sustainability goals. The Technical Talent Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be based in Mexico.
๐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in the renewable energy space, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, and screening resumes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans to fill critical roles.
Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and competencies of our existing renewable energy team members.
Build and maintain relationships with top universities, industry associations, and job boards to identify and attract top technical talent.
Manage and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics, to inform and optimize our recruitment strategies.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance our recruitment and talent development processes.
Develop and maintain a network of external partners, including recruiters, industry experts, and thought leaders, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in renewable energy talent acquisition.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development plan to identify, develop, and retain top talent within our renewable energy team.
โ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a focus on technical talent acquisition.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that deliver results, including metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
โญ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the renewable energy or utilities industry, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
Certification in recruitment or talent management, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
Experience with recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.

Competitive salary range of MXN 500,000 to MXN 800,000 per year, depending on experience.
